1-26)* Also, just got word from the show promoter/organizer Jim Turner (he also does the Hot Rod and Drag Racing expo the 2 days before), said that the Fire Marshall's told him today that they will be in attendance to check and make sure that all cars coming in the building does not have more then a 1/4 tank of gas in the car. This was QUITE a surprise to Jim, but wasn't much he could do so he had to send letters out to all the Hot Rod folks about this procedure today. We do not know if they will show up on Sunday morning for our event, but I wanted EVERYONE to be prepared. So don't fill up that Gas tank, just wait until after the event. We don't anyone turned away, if they show up to check.

- Registration is closed. If you still want your car in the show, Day of show is $40, but you will have to wait until all pre-registered cars are in place. Show cars will be placed in the building from 8-10am.

Spectator admission $15 (10 and under free); There is a parking fee for the coliseum, it can be anywhere from $2 - $5 per car.

Show car pricing

Pre-registration $30 includes one gate admission (Still taking entries until the 28th)

Only entry fees will be sent to the SEVWA. If you have other folks coming with you they will have to pay day of show.

If you have a drag car with wheelie bars, unless they are short ones, we ask that they be removed for the show. This way we will not have to worry about any one tripping over them in the area.

Spots will fill up with first come first served. If you pre-register, you will be guaranteed a spot. If you wait until day of show, there may not be any spots available. All VWs will have to be driven or pushed in the facility.

All entrants will receive a confirmation letter from us, letting you know that we received your entry and let you know the times to be there, etc. The VWs will have to remain in place until 4 pm or after awards have been handed out. This is for the safety of everyone in the building.

Vendor/ Swap meet set up is Saturday evening at Coliseum. This will give us plenty of time to get everyone in their spots before Sunday morning. Set-up will be no earlier then 7pm and we will stay until 9pm. Please pre-register, besides saving you money, this will also save you time with set-up. If you wait until day of show, there is no guarantee that there will be any spots left. First come first served bases. You will not be able to leave until show is over. We have to get all show cars out first and then the swap meet. Any questions please ask!
