The undersigned hereby waives any claims against SEVWA/ K & L Motorsports LLC /Silver Dollar Raceway volunteers, sponsors, property owners and their representatives from any liability, personal injury, damages, or any other loss incurred as a result of the undersigned's participation in the Silver Dollar Showdown #6 voluntarily and totally at his/her own risk.
